When I joined LGC, I started building the framework for the franchise model. After 11 months of building out the franchise internally, we launched LGC in October 2022. We sold over 175 units across 29 states, Achieving revenues greater than $25 million annually.
I joined SMT with only 11 franchise partners in 40 territories. Scaled the organization to 160 franchise partners across 600+ territories in 14 months, achieving over $100 million in revenue annually.

Responsible for the efficiency of the business, which includes maintaining control of diverse business operations, and establishing and following a set of policies and processes.

Responsible for the short- and long-term operating performance of the company, including (i) increasing franchise revenue, (ii) improving the profitability of existing and future franchise territories, (iii) overseeing the development and opening of new franchise partners and territories, and (iv) helping drive aggressive growth plans in all markets.
Provided executive-level leadership for the growth and success of ATD’s Tire Pros franchise program, including sales and operations, marketing, business development, and a field support team consisting of over 40 employees. Led and directed efforts to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives of over $400M across more than 700 franchise locations for the Tire Pros franchise. Developed strategic business development plans, and successfully added 200 new franchisees to the Tire Pros franchise.
Achieved consecutive years of positive year-over-year double-digit increases in sales growth, metrics, and KPIs, and $1M+ over the Annual Operating Plan in EBITDA.
