Reference for William Jackson

William Jackson is a frequent volunteer at Moorthorpe Primary School with Inclusion Resource and is simply an asset to school. As a former pupil he is familiar to most staff, yet remains polite and respectful at all times.

He has been volunteering since he left school at the age of 11; helping out in his mum’s class during his INSET days. This I feel is particularly admirable when most teenagers would choose to stay in bed or be online!

Since leaving high school he has volunteered on a more regular basis and has developed excellent relationships with staff and pupils alike. He is a real team player helping out with whatever is needed (whether that is in lesson time or acting as DJ on the playground at lunchtime!) but is also able to act on his own initiative.

William is a keen sportsman and leads by example when supporting children alongside our sports coach or helping out at sports days. He has a kind and caring nature and is particularly good at communicating with our early years pupils or those with SEN. William is a superb role model.

William is a mature and conscientious young man who gives 100% effort to the task in hand. I have no hesitation in recommending him for a job in whichever field he chooses.
