Work/Life Balance Strategies

  • I am currently involved in a crossfit program that I have been doing for 6 years now.
  • I practice yoga. I practice the three sun salutations I learned from the yoga class a couple times a week.
  • I have been practicing guitar for 4 years and I still continue to learn more about it till this day. Also, I am learning about music production to learn how to create my own music.
  • I learned how to play basketball and soccer.
  • Participated in a 10 week young adult social justice series with an emphasis on Christian faith.
