• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Western Region Correctional Facility’s Medical and Mental Health Contract, for the Cumberland Facilities.

• Responsible for scheduling staff and managing the schedule on daily pass filling positions where needed.
• Familiar with the Kronos Time keeping and PayCom, looking at overtime budget.
• Responsible for auditing i.e. Mental Health Sick calls, medication Administration record, infection control, labs, chronic care.

• Have been involved with all the audits from the state MCCS, PREA and ACA for the ten years that I have been here, and have been very instrumental in get us through the audit.
