At Carrus Behavioral Hospital, I served dual roles as Clinic Nurse Manager and Staff Nurse. As a manager, I directed operations for partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, overseeing staff, compliance, and patient outcomes for patients aged 11-17. As a staff nurse for inpatient behavioral health, I provided direct care and de-escalation during acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and therapeutic progress in a locked pediatric/adolescent unit.

Functioned as the primary night shift nurse in a 6-bed free-standing emergency room and 5-bed micro-hospital. Duties included patient care, running labs, and coordinating transfers. RN in a large 28-bed designated Trauma Center, Accredited Chest Pain and Stroke Care Center. General care of critical and non-critical patients from infant to geriatric ages. Worked as the night-shift charge nurse for part of my time in this position.
