- Led an AI focused team of over 20 people, releasing the first version of our healthcare SaaS product in May 2026
- AI in product – whenever a feature ticket was created, git branches and a development plan were automatically created and passed off.
- AI in development – First pass of all tickets automatically implemented via Github Copilot. Development used Cursor/VSCode/Claude + GPT/Sonnet/Opus for development tasks partnered with various MCPs.
- AI in devops - All PRs scanned by Github Copilot for security flaws and coding best practices.
- AI in QA and support – Created our own internal chat bot directly connected to our Azure infrastructure with pass through credentialing. QA and support could ask questions about specific users and errors that were reported and detailed results would get returned. Could automatically create tickets for development.
- AI in the application – Created a swarm of AI agents that could answer questions related to the user as well as perform healthcare referrals. This swarm of agents was led by an orchestration agent. All agents created with LangGraph, monitored with LangFuse. The referral agent leveraged Azure Search Index.
- Entirely cloud hosted in Azure. Website was React, Android/iPhone app was React Native, ASP.Net Core API with Azure Hyperscale databases on the back end. Redis and Postgres used for caching.
