Setup and maintain proper operation of CNC turning machines. Trained operators to successfully perform machining processes.

Duties included setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery. Duties also included performing maintenance on lathes, mills, shears, saws, presses and other machinery.

Duties also included managing QC program. This involved setting and calibration of micrometers, calipers and other measurement tools.

I programmed and maintained CMM machine to measure machined parts.

I performed maintenance across the shop on all types of equipment.

Assisted millwrights install 2 Waldrich Siegen roll Grinders. Assisted in removal of gear boxes off rolls and properly mounting rolls in the grinder. Worked as a roll grinder trainee grinding calender and work rolls.

Assisted other millwrights to align drives and gearboxes to other machinery to be driven. I also worked other millwrights to

mount brackets to mount other parts on paper machine.

Worked with other millwrights setting location, elevation, and level of machinery base plates for paper machine.
