  • Provided instrumental production and engineering group guidance for meeting project milestones and clearing Liens, Technical Comments, CARs, Trial Cards, and potential DD250 retention items across 15 LCS ships, 3 EPF/JHSV ships, and 4 other ships.
  • Improved efficiency of repair cycles by implementing advanced troubleshooting techniques and developing repair procedures for both new construction and post DD250 delivery repair for in-service ships in cooperation with regulatory authorities, production trades, and customers for emergent issues to ensure scheduled Milestones, Trial dates or ship repair availability window constraints were met.
  • Validated dispositions of contractor action trial cards tracked in TSM and developed corrective actions and responses on behalf of contractor to facilitate closure of noted deficiencies to support clean vessel delivery.
