As an overall with my experience, I am a customer service professional as well as looking over and running digital reports. Right now I am enthusiastic about finding a job that I could work either part-time or fulltime on my computer. I learn very quick and I am great with numbers and communication.
Valet is a super quick "on the go" type of job. This is where I sharpened quick problem solving skills while also constantly using my customer service skills. This is another company/job that had trusted me to train and somewhat supervise other employees. As far as troubleshooting issues go, this would include helping guests with luggage or maneuvering a garage to fit the most cars as well as dealing with missing car keys/valet liable damages to cars.
As a front desk associate/night auditor I quickly learned how to work off a computer/laptop and run reports. I also quickly became the employee that would help or train others. This job is most likely the one that has brought my technology usage and customer service skills to where they are today.
Beginning my working life as a host taught me how to provide customer service as well as work with others as a team. Being a host taught me how to problem solve by myself and with others in the professional work world.
