  • My role within Lincare is one of high importance as I am responsible for the timely expediting of replacement sleep apnea machine orders for patients who are due a new machine after five years as their insurance allows and some insurances may not so it’s my job to work with both them and the Doctors explaining why the Patient is both in need and benefiting from the treatment of the machine.   • My first assignment worked was Progenity Health. I was responsible for researching putting together registration & claim forms, matching them with correct test results from Doctor’s offices so they could be resubmitted to insurance companies with all errors corrected. My Second assignment worked was Insight Medical Genetics. I was responsible for collection of past due payments, I feel my people skills and empathy towards the patient really helped me excel in this position. Another of my major duties was if the Patient felt that they were being over charged I had to take very proper notes and be a liaison to the client to investigate and later solve the problem as they were being over charged.
