  • August 2024 to present, working with this start-up and new ownership to develop their 10-year strategic plan, aiming to achieve $ 50 million in revenue with 18% profit margins. Identified short-term objects with a focus on hiring, training, SOPs, researching new business systems to include project management, CRM, HRIS, estimating, and AI technology and Sage Business Systems with implementation kick off in 2nd QTR. 1st QTR started basic electrician training with 14 employees enrolled (30k investment), hired senior PM, trainer, 3 addition field administrative support specialist, Office Manager, estimator, 11 field technicians (goal is 24 new hires in 2025, present revenue $12 million & 40 FTEs (2024) and revenue goal for 2025 is $18 million and 72 FTEs. Working with leadership on the PM training program using the Google PM online video module.
  • Field Service Operations with 4 offices in WV, PA, VA, and MD. (automation, instrumentation, maintenance, cyber security, and warehouse management).
  • Achieved the 6-month hiring goal, and based on present revenue goals, changed the hiring goal for 2025 to 18 new hires and halted hiring until September 2025. The internal bandwidth of management is experiencing difficulty keeping pace with the orientation and training for new employees.
