My career in Law Enforcement has spanned nearly thirty years, during that time I have been blessed to receive the Distinguished Service Medal twice. This honor is the departments second highest award and given for going above and beyond as well as for bravery. I served as the Washington County Sheriff's Office Fraternal Order of Police President for five years. During which time, I was responsible for a fund of more than one hundred thousand dollars. That position also came with massive fundraising responsibilities.
