I work hand-in-hand with the lead Superintendent to stay on schedule while building a clean and complete home by managing our trades, staying on schedule, maintaining a clean and presentable job site, holding safety meetings, doing extensive quality checklist walks at different stages of the build and upholding a professional and high volume job site. I put a lot of focus on site presentation, I believe that a clean job site where signs are up and streets are clean from nails and construction debris goes a long ways in deciding to buy in my community.

Started out as an erosion control, technician managing both the custom acreage, lots and subdivision communities. In this position I would maintain erosion log books, install silk fence, install and maintain low point and street outlets. Cover exposed soils and work with the city or county as needed to protect the environment, lakes, and streams.
