Tasked with day to day work orders on 14 rental properties in and around Boone. Predominantly student rentals and a few long term tenants. Simple repairs to complex projects. From window replacement, drywall repair to flooded basements and patching roofs. Electrical, Plumbing, landscaping, carpentry and down to spring cleaning.
