Conducted frequent neurologic checks to ensure rapid treatment of any decline. Regularly used and managed EVDs, LDs, hypertonics, paralytics, sedatives, and vasoactive medications. Common patient conditions: brain hemorrhages, aneurysm clipping/coilings, post-mechanical thrombectomy, status epilepticus, AVM.

Conducted frequent neurologic assessments of patients at risk of rapid deterioration. Managed sedative, paralytic, and vasoactive medications. Gained experience with IRRAflow and Hummingbird devices.

Provided critical care to patients with traumatic injury including management of multiple vasoactive titrations, immobilization devices, and frequent blood administration. Provided critical care to patients after surgeries, examples including: Whipples, lung lobectomies, and bedside tracheostomies. This ICU was also an overflow "COVID ICU" for several months during my employment. These patients required aggressive ventilator management, prone positioning, and paralytics.
