Currently manage a variety of remodeling construction projects. Each project generally has a life cycle of 10 to 14 weeks, with 8 to 10 individual efforts ongoing at any given time. Each individual project requires a vast level of communication with county officials, vendors, clients, and company management. Responsibilities include managing each project to include a staff of 10 individuals, as well as outside subcontractors and vendor representatives. Total annual revenue approaches $1.2 million and represents around 40 completed projects.

• Create project plans with established timelines, assign appropriate teams and manage workflow throughout construction phase.
• Lead meetings with internal team members, lias with vendors and subcontractors.
• Procure project materials.
• Develop solutions to risk, meet quality and timeline goals, and manage client expectations while ensuring their vision is met.
• Forecast future work load. Schedule weekly work objectives and monitor project timelines.
• Forecast project costs and adjust for cost overruns.

Managed the installation of mobile electronic communication devices as well as testing and validation for Hertz Rent

-A-Car. Responsible for the airport locations throughout the Richmond, Norfolk and Roanoke areas. Projects generally ran a 2-4 week lifecycle. Focused on techniques to assist teammates in providing a more strategic way of approaching daily work flow. Short-term projects focused on the installations of electronic assets and redistribution of those assets to more strategic locations. During long-term projects, worked with senior team members in business development and asset management. As an ongoing measure, looked at trends to find ways to improve our business flow in Virginia. Using the data we captured, I was able to finds ways to improve market share and define communication routes at the line level. Built strong operational teams to meet process and implementation demands.
