Responsibilities include managing each project to include a staff of 10 individuals, as well as outside subcontractors and vendor representatives. Focused on techniques to assist teammates in providing a more strategic way of approaching daily work flow. Short-term projects focused on the installations of electronic assets and redistribution of those assets to more strategic locations. During long-term projects, worked with senior team members in business development and asset management. As an ongoing measure, looked at trends to find ways to improve our business flow in Virginia. Using the data we captured, I was able to finds ways to improve market share and define communication routes at the line level. Built strong operational teams to meet process and implementation demands.
