Summary
Though my career in education has been short thus far, I have learned a lot about myself and the current landscape of education. I have learned that sometimes slowing things down is the best way to really allow students to sink their teeth into the content. Whether it was US History, IGCSE Geography, AICE Geography, or Freshman Success, I took my time to slow down the material and use the resources at my disposal to diversify the learning process. I am excited to continue my young but important role as a Social Studies teacher for decades to come.
