• Worked 16 months on a 22 bed Memory Care Unit providing individualized care to patients with Alzheimer's and various levels of Dementia.
• Provided leadership to 10 PCT/CNA and precepted new staff members on night shift. Instrumental in formulating better policy and procedures on unit while promoting "Shine, An Exclusive Memory Care Program by Discovery Senior Living".

Primary responsibilities included:

• Managing the business owners calendar and coordinating appointments.
• Assisted with project management by tracking timelines, organizing documentation and communicating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managed approximately 40 incoming calls, emails and faxes from customers daily.
