Responsibilities included but were not limited to scheduled, recruited, trained, and supervised 250 security officers, guards, and employees. Planned and coordinated security operational needs for specific events, such as the Florida Derby, Pegasus Race, Kentucky Derby, Triple Crown, security, and stage prep for entertainers such as Rick Ross, FloRida, Frankly, Beverly and Maze, and Jazz in the Garden. When required, managed an additional ~ 150 staff members in several departments related to stage, lighting, sound setup, traffic, and backside staff. Directed the outsource detailed security companies for major events to help with parking and transportation. Coordinated with the local police department for major events for traffic, safety and security. Provided customer service to resolve TITO tickets. Performed related duties as assigned by reporting supervisor/manager.
