I am coming up on my 1st year here at Alamance as a detention officer. I am 25 years old, with the drive, determination and will to learn. I am physically in shape but will work harder to achieve the best physical fitness level to excel in any aspect. I have been certified as an Armed Detention officer and shot a 95% in my day qualification, and 98% in my night. I work hard and my work ethic is unmatched. I hope to prove this in anyway possible. If given the opportunity. A few things I learned while in the detention center is Leadership, Problem solving, Teamwork, Physical stamina, and Weapon safety. I have completed my Detention Officer Certification Course. with an average score of about 85% and made pretty good improvement in my Physical training assessment.
