  • Built back-office support to perform billing and receiving for all projects being worked.
  • Built back office support to enhance field performance. Locate tracking, performance enhancement, and analysis, field needs, and support for field teams.
  • Built field teams to support all of our clients, starting with Construction Managers. Then splicing technicians, then full-service construction teams (drillers, locators, general construction team members).
  • Built client base from one customer to 8 customers - improving revenue from $2M to $16M - $20M in revenue and have $40M in potential pipeline for 2025.

  • My current role is a senior level Project Manager providing leadership for a number of large scale OSP projects in preparation for the wireless 5G deployment by the Major Cell Phone Providers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile)
  • My duties are to ensure that we are compliant with every Federal, State, and Local requirement - including ROW, Permitting, USIC, and any other requirements.
  • I am handled fiber augments from the Cell Sites to the end Small Cell destination - in preparation for the RF to LIT scheduled for 2020 and beyond.

  • When I was dispatched to QCS they had over 100 contractors working for them and when I left TAG and they terminated my contract with QCS, there was only a hand full of contractors (less than 10) still under contract with QCS
  • My responsibilities began with QCS as a basic installer (wire wrapping, pulling cable, making power connections, BNC connections, building structures, installing bays, fiber connections)
  • As my time lengthened with the company they began to give me jobs to run as the lead installer
  • I was the lead for this company, but they could not assign me as the lead because of the agreements they had with their own employees (I was only a contractor for this company)
  • For this reason I began to pursue another position that I could grow and be rewarded for my hard work
