My name is William Payne and I am a strategic communicator who was born and raised in Orange County, California. I graduated from the University of Oregon in Eugene with degrees in advertising and public relations and a minor in business administration. I hope to take the creative approach in various projects of mine to new and diverse industries to aid in strategic artistic development.
