I have worked with Richard and his wife on several projects throughout the years. Most recently was from February to July of 2026.

Worked directly with the property owner to remodel homes, to prepare them for sale.

I worked within a budget to, trouble shooting and repairing electrical issues, cabinet installation, painting, drywall repair, tile installation, custom shower enclosure, scheduling of contractors for roofing and air conditioning installation. Lawn care, and pretty much anything that needed to be fixed.

As maintenance manager I was responsible for daily upkeep 10 cabins a motel, the restaurant, employee housing and the vast property.

landscaping the grounds using motorized equipment such as lawn mowers, skid steers, and various tractors.

Maintaining water heaters, air conditioning units.

Designing, planning, and building decks and storage units.

Assessing guest needs and their requests when needed. I was on call 24hrs and always assured that guests felt like guests and not customers.

Maintenance of bot the Super8 and the travel lodge in one of the busiest entrances to Yellowstone National Park.

Maintained log books and requests for guest needs. Including clogged toilets, loud neighbors, TV issues and air conditioning issues.

Maintaining guest lobbies and parking areas. Snow removal and mowing of grass.

Kept the parking area free of elk and bison dung.

Installed carpet in several units.

Shared my Yellowstone knowledge with guests on a daily basis. And I am probably one of the most mentioned maintenance man on the guest review section of the hotel.
