- Ross Department Store - Renovation of 27,000SF multi-use spaces into 1 new space. Had to expedite this project to accommodate an advertised hard opening. Washington, DC 2018
- University of Delaware - Participated in the Whitney Athletic Center project. Started with demo of the old stadium and facilities, and ended with a new football stadium and 80,000SF of athletic facilities. PM for the Structural and stadium seating scope of the project. Newark, DE 2019
- Abilene Christian University - Moody Coliseum, renovated existing basketball stadium into a new indoor stadium, with added athletic facilities and training areas. Products for stadium seating were coming from overseas, had to navigate the shipping port disaster of 2021 and still conform to timelines. PM for the Structural and stadium seating sc opes of work.
