William Rawlings

I am a hard working and dependable Automotive Technician with 18 plus years in the automotive customer service field. I also have 25 plus years operating and maintaining our personal farm and marine equipment. I have leadership experience as I attended a naval leadership academy while in NJROTC at Laplata High School where I was promoted to company executive officer my senior year responsible for over 200 NJROTC students. and coached the marksmanship air rifle team for two years.. Additionally I have run a successful crabbing and seafood retail business for 18 years. Most recently I have been coaching my son and daughters soccer teams for 4 years. This past year i was the assistant coach for my sons robotics team which won the judges choice ''think'' and '' innovate''at the state level and took them to the world competition in dallas texas. In my last two years at Charles County Gov. I have learned the equipment personnel and procedures to operate the vehicle maintenance shop. I am a great team leader and am looking to move up in my career.

I also have my Merchant Mariners Captains license.

As a student at La Plata High School I was enrolled in the Naval Junior ROTC program where I was captain of the marksmanship team my jr and senior year. Also in my senior year I was the executive officer in charge of 200 JROTC members
