log into assigned machine, hit start, start which tells them i'm preparing the ink,hardner and thinner according to the menu, pour ink mixture into cup, which sits in a cup holder, cover the cup with a cliche which has an etching of whatever the customer wants printed on their part, then attach a clamp to hold the cliche and cup together, install this into machine,remove first clamp tighten cliche into place. ready to print. hit start production and start printing parts. must also keep a 2 hour log for quality control. must meet minimum number of parts per hour. improperly printed parts are entered into computer at end of shift along with good parts. must make labels for each box of parts. parts are put on trays after printing then through an oven then onto a rack. must empty ink at end of shift and clean cup and cliche, clean up area around machine, log out, and hit shut down.

Operated sonic welding machine that included set-up to make customer ordered parts. Placed webbing on die and started machine. The machine would then cut a hole or slot in the webbing as well as cut webbing to proper length. This was a very high-paced operation which varied from 300-700 parts per hour.

Mounted cable tray on top of t-bars with nuts and bolts. Cut cable tray to length with portable hand saw. Cut to length, cleaned, painted and mounted uni-strut to fencing for mounting electrical control panels. Ran electrical cables from control panels to welding robots and wound excess cable on hooks. Bonded all welding robots and all electrical control panels to ground. Installed lighting fixtures as per print location.

  • Kept work areas clean by removing trash and debris and organizing all tools in preparation for next shift.
