Performed as the LBW/Training Manager, Kitchen Manager and I also had the privilege of being the Assistant General Manager. Our Colerain location had the distinction of being the only unit in our 8 store region to post positive comparison sales in 2014, up 2.58%.
Established and improved operating systems to bring costs under control, increase profitability and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Always seeking out talent and providing a deserved opportunity for growth and advancement was a satisfying priority.
As acting Kitchen Manager we posted the highest NSF inspection scores in the 7+ year history of the Colerain unit with an annual average of 94.9%. We increased profitability in the kitchen by decreasing turnover and consistently posting food costs among the best in the company.
Guest satisfaction scores rose 17% in my last 11 months and our store rose to a Top 25 performing store out of 229 stores in the entire company during my tenure.
As an AGM I supported my GM in day to day operations, administrative duties and was fully responsible for the unit and staff in his absence.
I was rated as GM ready and was next in line for my own store in our region.

While at Fricker's corporate training unit I implemented safe food handling procedures such as proper labeling, dating and rotation of product, safe knife handling practices and proper use of chemicals. I also improved organization and cleanliness in FOH operations and personally fixed and maintained neglected areas of the facility.
Participated in interviewing of 120 prospects, hiring and training of 40 employees, staging of renovated 9,600 square foot facility while also working with my management team to establish core BOH/FOH operating systems, procedures and standards for new unit opened March 2013.
Our unit surpassed the other 22 Fricker's locations in every item sales competition our opening year.
While I was acting Kitchen Manager we achieved the highest ever posted QHC score of any Fricker's location since 1985.
