• Generate leads for sales reps with equipment rehab, aftermarket, and capital projects
• Perform site visits to water and wastewater treatment facilities to meet with customers and evaluate equipment
• Collaborate with Sales Reps, Product Group Managers, and Aftermarket Specialists to provide customer support
• Accompany Field Service Technicians during equipment installations and maintenance requests.

• Responsible for overseeing service crews assigned to set-up, move, demobilize, and repair FilterBoxx mobile water treatment trailers operating in the Permian basin region
• Dispatch and coordinate jobs between customers and staff
• Prepare and manage budgets, AFE's, business plans and expense reports
• Participate in short- and long-range strategic planning
• Ordering and management of inventory and assets
• Responsible for staffing, performance reviews, and approval of payroll
• Establish and participate in Health & Safety program for employees work environment.

• Coordinate with customers for equipment rental installations
• Manage budget and revenue for West Texas branch
• Compose reports for Operations and assist with quarterly planning
• Oversee maintenance for company vehicles and equipment
• Asset and inventory management.

• Deliver and install zero-spill mud containment systems and vacuum pumps for energy and drilling companies at Rig Sites
• Perform measurements, inspections, and site visits
• Conduct business service agreements and job safety analysis with energy company representatives
• Overlook junior installer responsibilities and training.

· Record, Monitor, and Distribute equipment and personnel information for other contracting companies during the BP oil spill.

· Provide contracting companies with accurate equipment quantities for planning operations.
