  • Supervise day-to-day operations for 27 full-time union employees and 11 non-union employees. Contracts and manages contractors and vendors. Project manager over small capital projects.
  • The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and repair of university buildings and related facilities. This professional staff position performs a wide variety of duties in support of the Physical Plant operation and office function. Assist with planning, managing and coordinating the activities of skilled trade employees and other workers engaged in a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance activities. Working closely with grounds for landscaping, excavating, trenching, event planning, holiday decorating, contracting services including but not limited to snow removal and daily operations. Planning and scheduling fleet maintenance and maintaining regular service on all landscaping and heavy equipment.
  • HVAC- BMS systems, boiler installations. Heating system change over, pneumatic and energy management systems, air conditioning, troubleshooting. Fire stopping and chimney lining.
