My main responsibilities were managing the portable concrete plant, managing the shop and all of our rental equipment, managed the drivers to get equipment delivered to jobs all over the United States.

I managed a union and non-union company to meet the needs of our customers with ever-changing demands.

At one time, I had eight people under me to manage phone calls and the dispatching of the trucks.

I was the Command Data administrator for all of my tenure in Wichita, and for my last six years in Kansas City.

I assumed the role of DOT administrator for two years while I worked for Lafarge along with my dispatch duties.

I bid on all the work for the excavation company and for the foundation wall side of the business.

Managed the crew on the concrete side of the business.

Read the blueprints for form construction and figured the amount of concrete needed on each pour.

Managed and received inventory that came from production.

I was the last person to catch quality-control problems from production.

Helped with pulling orders, and the loading and unloading of trucks.
