While I may have less experience than some of your other applicants, I feel as though I’m fully capable of delivering a high level of service and efficiency. I hope my track record at the Standard Pour and The Rock will lend credence to my ability and skillset. I truly enjoy working in a kitchen and the satisfaction that comes with preparing high quality meals in a timely fashion. While I am planning on attaining a degree, the idea of becoming a career cook really appeals to me. One thing that I’ve noticed from both restaurants I’ve worked at previously, is there’s a big difference in performance and attitude between cooks who are just there for a paycheck, and those who actually enjoy the work and want to be there. I hope you’ll decide to give me the opportunity to prove to you that I’m the latter. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to hear from you soon.
