Barry Wehmiller is a 2 Billion dollar company that is primarily in the capital goods manufacturing. Joining the company in 1997, when total revenue was $200M, my role was in the corrugating and tissue/flexographic printing platforms. These businesses didn't exist back in 1997. As a member of a team, they were built from scratch and over the next 20+ years grew the business to total revenue of 1.8 billion. with offices and plants worldwide. How was this accomplished?

• Through acquisition of several struggling companies in the US and Europe.
• Through synergy combining key work functions and implementing LEAN principles, including in the finance department.
• Through creating value added compensation plans that rewarded hitting key objectives and supporting a people centric culture that made all associates feel the importance of their contributions.
