MINISTRIES

Oversee and coordinate the success of the following areas:

• Youth Choir, Discipleship, Tech Team, Follow-up, Activities, Junior High, Senior High, Young Adult, Youth Staff, Student Council, and Worship services

Discipleship

• Provide and lead Youth Sunday School Class every Sunday from 10AM-10:45AM
• Create and lead Midweek Youth Services every Wednesday from 6:30PM- 7:30PM

Follow-up

• Ensure that all teen visitors from Sundays and Wednesdays are properly followed up with.
• Keep track of regular attenders with mailers and/or phone calls.

Activities/Outreach

• Plan and implement a monthly fellowship event
• Plan and implement yearly youth conferences
• Advertise and support Youth Camp attendance
• Get involved in local schools. Periodically eat lunch with students and get to know their friends, attend first priority, attend sporting events at your discretion, etc.

LEADERSHIP

• Recruit and monitor leadership for spirituality and effectiveness in youth ministry.
• Conduct regular meetings with Youth Staff, Student Council, and ministry leaders for training and accountability.
• Provide training for Staff and Student leaders.
  

YOUTH FACILITY

• Make sure all Youth property and areas are cleaned and maintained in an excellent manner.

YOUTH FUND

• Maintain and manage the Youth Ministries Budget, including fundraisers, monthly budgeting, and departmental accounting.

STAFF DUTIES

• Be present and available for all church services and events. (Exceptions may apply.)
• Attend monthly staff meetings and be able to give a general report on the ministries in this position portfolio as well as direct the portion that covers your ministries..
• Fill out a ministry report to be submitted to the Senior Pastor at each month at the staff meeting.
• Participate in a book read assigned by the Senior Pastor (1 Book per quarter).

Mental Health Techs are responsible for providing direct care for our clients in a day treatment setting. Duties include meal preparation, medication administration, transportation of clients, accurately and timely document activities and logbooks, and transport individuals (with an approved driving record) and instruct clients on basic living skills.

• Facilitated youth programs and activities, promoting engagement and participation.
• Assisted in planning and executing community outreach events to foster relationships.
• Provided mentorship to younger members, fostering personal growth and development.

Mental Health Techs are responsible for providing care and services, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication administration, and other duties as assigned. You must have the ability to accurately and timely document activities and logbooks, and transport individuals (with an approved driving record). This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
