  • Responsibilities include construction plan review for landscape projects for compliance infrastructures for sprinklers and re-claim systems , CA State mandate landscape MWELO (CA Code Title 23, Chapter 2.7 Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance), on-site inspections to assure compliance with landscaping & tree planting on county projects and approval, all engineering inspections over all engineering construction of sub-divisions, parcel maps and special landscape projects throughout Fresno County
  • The workload has included up to approximately 25-30 subdivisions and special projects inclusively, parcel maps, water treatment plants, sewer treatment plants, and other miscellaneous projects under my guidance and control
  • When I was hired for this position, I was selected from many qualified individuals because of my educational background (over 40 years in construction and engineering) and a reputation of getting any job done well with very little need to be supervised
