Pago Pago Runway 5-23 Runway Rehabilitation Works Project (01-2024 - 07-2025)

• Site Engineer and QA Representative for asphalt, milling, electrical, concrete, line marking, and grooving works.
• Responsible for planning and managing daily operations in coordination with Pago Pago Airport Safety Management Team and Construction Management team to ensure safe and efficient execution of all on-site activities.
• Supervised and coordinated subcontractors and site crews to maintain workflow efficiency and project alignment.
• Led QA/QC efforts across all site activities and materials, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Inspected and verified works in accordance with Project Specifications and approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Conducted asphalt compaction testing using nuclear density gauge to verify compliance with specified compaction requirements.
• Enforced safety protocols and maintained a safe work environment in alignment with both airport and company regulations.
• Assumed Milling Foreman responsibilities following the departure of the previous foreman, ensuring continuity of operations.

NOAA Baseline Observatory Driveway Repairs Project (04-2025 - 07-2025)

• Site Engineer and QA representative for Concrete & Asphalt works.
• Responsible for planning and managing daily operations in coordination with all subcontractors and site crew to ensure safe and efficient execution of all on-site activities.
• Led QA/QC efforts across all site activities and materials, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Executed surveying tasks using basic instruments to check site elevations and levels.

VA Clinic Drainage and Access Improvements (04-2025 - 07-2025)

• Performed quality control for concrete, asphalt, drainage, and line marking works to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conducted inspections of concrete placements, asphalt paving, and line marking activities throughout project phases.
• Prepared and maintained documentation of completed works, including inspection reports and test results for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.

Subcontracted to MCD AMSAM under Projects/Engineering Department.

• Project assistant to Project Engineer, assisting with daily onsite record keeping.
• Assist with planning & coordinating day-to-day operations-in conjunction with Pago Pago airport safety management team and CM team regarding all works on site.
• Facilitate the interpretation of project drawings and design specifications between the Project Engineer, Project Supervisors, and field teams to ensure accurate on-site implementation.
• Conduct site inspections as per Project Inspection & Test plan.
• Coordinating with Project manager and Project Engineer on project's progress and deadlines.
• Oversee both night and day shift works.

ECE Carpark (05-2023 - 10-2023)

• Site Engineer & Quality Control rep for Concrete, Asphalt, & Drainage works.
• Oversee planning and coordination of day-to-day site operations alongside Project Supervisor, on-site teams, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate the interpretation of project drawings and design specifications between the Project Engineer, Project Supervisor, and field teams to ensure accurate on-site implementation.
• Estimated and tracked material requirements and usage during construction.

Siliaga AC Road Project (08-2024 - 09-2024)

• Quality Control for 550 meters of Asphalt pavement works.
• Assisted assigned Project Engineer with onsite record keeping.
• Assisted paving supervisor with measuring, estimating, and ordering of Asphalt Concrete material.
