• Sub-Tier manager overseeing the safety program. My duties included but were not limited to safety auditing, training, accident investigation, ordering safety materials and supplies, pre-job planning, and many other responsibilities. I was a key supervisor involved with developing the current safety program/culture and helping to bring down the EMR below 1.0. Supervised the company’s safety on its job sites as a general contractor and subcontractor, and created safety plans for high-hazard jobs involving falls, confined space, excavation, and other high-hazard items. Performed accident investigations and assisted with working with workers' compensation claims. I trained employees in many different topics: Confined Space, LOTO, Excavation, Forklift, Crane, Fall Protection, and many other subjects.

• Garage Door Installer/New construction specialist: worked on new construction, mobile building, and installed new garage doors. Prepared doors and door openings for installation of new doors.

• Garage Door Installer: Worked on new construction job sites, established homeowner locations, and installed garage doors. Worked with power tools and hand tools on construction sites with multiple trades. Responsible for the prep and installation of garage doors. Worked with customers and other employees to create a product that made customers happy.
