  • Coordinated Select Board meeting preparation, including agendas, packets, public notices, and minutes. Ensured all materials met legal, procedural, and scheduling requirements under town bylaws and Open Meeting Law.
  • Oversaw calendars, scheduling, filing systems, and office workflows to maintain continuity of operations. Enhanced efficiency by tracking deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and managing document retention.
  • Responds to inquiries and complaints from members of the general public, referring complaints to the proper Town officials for follow-up.
