Continued Skills Developement

• Started training as a T3 in 2018 and continued and grew with the training department and it developed.
• Train associates how to properly operate equipment in safe manner in order to complete their daily tasks safely.
• Teach individuals in their specific job function, showing them proper lifting techniques and warehouse etiquette.
• Make sure everyone knows the importance of safety and reporting unsafe conditions and behaviors.

• Enhanced team performance by conducting regular training sessions, setting clear expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Follow up with employees weekly to discuss previous weeks CPH and safety records.
• Hazmat certified and trained on proper Donning/Doffing of respiration devices and other PPE.
