Summary
I am an energetic leader who always tries to motivate a team in order to bring out the best in them. My priority is always to form bonds with team members so that they are not awkward in a collaborative setting and feel safe to speak their mind. One quality about me is that I also am observant and try to include all members of the team in a discussion. My goal in a team setting is to make sure no one is left out and everyone talks. I take initiative and try to seize any available opportunities that come up. Although my ambitions are high, I always aim to put the team before myself. There are always different perspectives to everyone and everything. Everyone is unique, so I strive to see the best in people.
