At NuCO2 Management, as a Sr. Director of Field Operations, I spearheaded business transformation, enhancing performance and profit by fostering innovation and collaboration. I was hired in 1994 as a Route Driver for a at that time a Regional Co2 company (NuCo2) focusing primarily for the Restaurant Industry, As the company grew through the years so did my Roles and my responsibilities, A national expansion was the goal for the leadership team as NuCo2 began acquiring smaller Co2 companies throughout the country, Part of this plan included putting together acquisition teams to assist in the due diligence for these acquisitions to go as seamless as possible this included onboarding employee transitioning from the acquired company into NuCo2 working closely with HR, inventory of all assets in the field including trucks, verifying S/N on equipment at location sites, Integrating NuCo2 Safety standards, practices, policies, working with logistics to tuck new customers into our routing, To sum up the accomplishments of the company over the years NuCo2 became the largest National Co2 Provider in the country with 156 Distribution Sites (Depots) serving over 170,000 customers acquiring National Service Agreements with customers like 7-11, Circle K , Macdonald's, Darden Restaurants to name a few with 800 Field employees,
