As a patrol officer I worked in the Southern District, I was responsible for answering calls for service and managing my areas of responsibilities. My patrol area included various businesses, schools, residential and commercial zones, and parks. I worked closely with my squad mates to help solve problems in our communities. In my duties, I interacted with a wide variety of citizens that encompassed various social classes, religion, and cultures, and approached each call for service with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

Main achievements include:

• Assisting the city wide Gang Intel Unit with gang related crimes, identifying and validating gang members in the city, interviewing, conducting surveillance, and assisting in gang related arrests.
• Validated over 100 gang members in the city of Baltimore In first year.
• Utilized current technologies to gain intelligence, build cases, and effect arrests.
• Worked together with numerous task forces and specialized units to investigate cases and successfully convict several members of criminal organizations in the Southern District.
• Built relationships with business owners, community members, and the general public based on mutual trust and respect.
• Worked closely with detectives from the Baltimore Community Intelligence Center to apprehend car thieves and recover stolen vehicles using LPR technology.
• Utilized CCTV footage, social media sources, and Facial recognition technology to apprehend validated gang members, drug dealers, serve felony warrants, and assist in the identification of individuals in reference to murder and shooting cases.
• Attended numerous training classes; Margin gang conference, Street cop training, and NGIC basic street gang investigators courts, to assist in my patrol duties as well as in gang investigations and identification.

• Organized criminal documents such as logs, records, reports and agendas to streamline processing and improve traceability.
• Served court documents and completed civil process duties.

I participated in numerous scenario-based training and practicums. As a trainee, I was also responsible for maintaining a good physical and mental condition.

Main achievements include:

• over 40 hours of specialized training in the detection and processing of CDS.
• over 40 hours of specialized training in obtaining and serving search and seizure warrants.
• Over 40 hours of specialized training in Mobile Field Force, riot control and tactics.
• Over 40 hours of specialized training in tactics And active shooter situations.

Worked as a Loss Prevention detective as in the following:

• Streamlined shrink management program and trained Loss Prevention Officers.
• Performed security walks around store to monitor employee and customer activities.
• Audited stores on weekly basis to identify deficiencies and identified potential causes.
• Interviewed employees and suspects and drafted reports to assist law enforcement.
• Upheld strict security and safety procedures to protect business from financial losses due to theft or careless mismanagement.

As an assistant Manager of Retro fitness, I performed the following:

• Monitored cash intake and deposit records, increasing accuracy and reducing discrepancies.
• Helped with planning schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands.
• Offered hands-on assistance to customers, assessing needs and maintaining current knowledge of consumer preferences.
• Completed regular inventory counts to verify stock levels, address discrepancies and forecast future needs.
• Assessed job applications and made hiring recommendations to bring in top candidates for key vacancies.
