Travel by RV to various oil fields, solar farms, or wind turbine project locations throughout the United States to perform safety functions such as a muster log, traffic control, vehicle & crew logins, and security patrols.

I'm currently on location in Corona New Mexico for the largest ongoing Wind Turbine Project in the US (from Corona, New Mexico to Phoenix, Arizona - 513 miles). I work 12 hour shifts every day.

Responsible for inspecting and processing items returned to Wal-Mart for defect or poor quality. Responsible for shipping items back to the Return Centers including hazardous materials. I was also responsible to properly process hazardous materials in compliance with Walmart policy and Federal law. I became the Safety Team leader for about 6 months prior to my departure in which I conducted safety audits, held safety meetings and reviewed safety reports with the Asset Protection Manager.

• Home Buyers Safeguard is a home warranty company that works in conjunction with the Board of Realtors, various title companies, and both the seller of the home and the potential buyer.
• As a Home Inspector my duties were to inspect the home and evaluate it for a warranty for a one year duration.
• HBS offered two basic inspections - a GB98 Mechanical inspection and a non-warranty Full Home Inspection.
• During the course of the warranty inspection I would evaluate and test the electrical, plumbing, roof, heating and air conditioning and certain major appliances for warranty eligibility.
• During the inspection I would also evaluate the home in a non- evasive structural inspection covering the exterior walls, walkways, interior walls, windows and window wells, doors, ceilings, staircases and patios porches and perimeter walls.
• I would also assess property grading and drainage.
• A written report was generated and submitted to the various interested parties with the results of the inspection with recommendations for repair or replacement in order to comply with the requirements of a warranty.

• As Director of Maintenance I was responsible for the mechanical and structural upkeep of the 400,000 square foot Casino and Grandstand area and the 236 acres of horse barns and stalls.Assisted in implementation of operations, maintenance and capital programs.
• I managed a maintenance crew which varied between 8-20 persons depending on the time of year.
• I created the working schedules for two shifts of personnel as well as implementation of maintenance training and personnel counseling.
• I also was responsible for procurement of material necessary for the day to day operation and long term projects.
• My administrative duties were calculation and submitting payroll for my department, submitting daily activity reports and the planning and oversight of large scale construction projects as needed.
• I was also required to oversee the Fire Suppression System inspections and testing as well as liaison with New Mexico State Fire Marshall inspections.
