William Collin Oefinger

As a Claims Adjuster, it is my responsibility to verify client policy information, determine coverage, and review any photos of claimed, stolen, or damaged property for each claim that is filed. I also manage all outgoing payments for the team. In addition, I assist with office efficiency, whether that be servicing the office generators or assisting with the companies fleet of vehicles.

As the lead valet attendant, I managed the other valet attendants, payment from customers, revenue paperwork, and ensured the safety of customer's property. During my time as the lead valet attendant, I developed strong customer service skills that I continue to use to this day.

As a Host/Cashier, my duties included: taking customer orders, bussing tables, greeting patrons when they entered the restaurant, and restocking low inventory. I enjoyed building rapport with customers and honing my customer service skills.
