• Added much-needed organization to the company's process by converting over 3,000 important files into Microsoft SharePoint.
• Contacts/Files included raw material contracts, energy contracts, NDAs, and COCs.
• Sent out an ESG Sedex link request to every supplier that AB Mauri had, which prompted them to answer a questionnaire. I then recorded their answers into an ESG excel file.

Demand Planning -

• Worked exclusively in Excel and Power BI, created a Material Order Quantity and Spoilage Risk dashboard.

• Responsible for attendee registration for three-day continued education conference, interacting with conference attendees and vendors, helping set-up and breakdown of conference.

• Responsibilities included greeting customers at high end restaurants or special events, parking cars on behalf of guests, organizing and labeling keys and resolving conflicts with patrons.
