Oversaw the daily administration of the Reform Coordination Unit (RCU), the Financial Management Training Program, and the Project Management Unit within the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning of the Republic of Liberia.

● Oversaw the recruitment of project personnel, provided training, maintained staff levels, and managed the financial management systems for the government of Liberia.

● Managed projects funded by the World Bank, AFDB, SiDA, and the EU, including the Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project, and the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS).

● I participated in donor coordination meetings in Liberia, as well as in-country dialogue platforms between the Government of Liberia and its donors.
