In my role as Director of Project and Public Financial Management Reform Coordinator, I oversaw the daily administrative operations of the Reform Coordination Unit (RCU) in the Republic of Liberia. My responsibilities included managing a team of 57 staff members, overseeing administrative, human resources, and financial management within the unit, and handling all projects financed by donors for both the World Bank and the Government of Liberia. Oversaw the daily administration of the Reform Coordination Unit (RCU), the Financial Management Training Program, and the Project Management Unit within the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning of the Republic of Liberia.
● Oversaw the recruitment of project personnel, provided training, maintained staff levels, and managed the financial management systems for the government of Liberia.
● Managed projects funded by the World Bank, AFDB, SiDA, and the EU, including the Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project, and the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS).
● I participated in donor coordination meetings in Liberia, as well as in-country dialogue platforms between the Government of Liberia and its donors.
● As a Contract Manager, I was responsible for preparing contracts, overseeing the execution of all Donor-Financed Projects (DfP), and monitoring the contract life cycle.
