  reviews before critical program deliverables to: Product Development Teams, Manufacturing Plants, and Software

• DFSS 1: Developed 2 Degreed Pathways which benefited newly hired Engineers and Interns. Pathways included
  content such as: Understanding the B.O.M. Software of Module, technical documentation, and various tutorials on
  how to release software to different issue management systems and databases.

  product development process CV to PV. Successfully lead cross-functional teams in the development of technical
  design.

• Reduced size and weight for a prototype airbag concept for an Autonomous Battery Electric Vehicle, while maintaining functionality of a standard size passenger airbag.
• Developed a validation tracking system through Microsoft Teams, which assisted leadership and Application Engineers to track Process Validation efforts for a multi-program initiative at ZF.
• Expedited production of 48 prototype airbag modules- avoiding timeline and program launch delays.
• Created a prototype packaging holder that decreased production packaging dimension on module assembly by 30%.
• Implemented 2 technical solutions that alleviated customer concerns, elevated during a critical Manufacturing Trial Build.
• Managed and audited a 300 part deliverable, utilized in a customer pre-production module build, under tight timing constraints.
• Coordinated successful Product Launch of 5 Customer Programs through system level integration, from Concept Validation (CV), Design Validation (DV), to Production Validation (PV) Milestone.

• Audited tolerance specifications of technical drawings and exdecuted lifecycle and heat age testing for a General Motors electrical connector utilized on a transmission application.
• Created best practice documentation focused on how to execute testing procedures for electrical connectors utilized on underbody transmissions.

• Tracked root cause analyses for defective Assembly Parts using Global Lean Kaizen tools (5W1H, 5Y, 4M1D).
• Collaborate with Lead Manufacturing Team to streamline manufacturing assembly processes.
