Program Manager leading the implementation of ADP Workforce Manager from an Oracle based payroll processing system was to:
• Define the project objective which was to successfully implement ADP Workforce Manager and transition all payroll processing from the Oracle system. This included migrating all data, configuring the system to meet the organization's needs, and training users on the new system.
• Develop a project plan outlined the tasks that need to be completed, the resources that was needed, and the timeline for completion. As the program manager I worked with the project team to develop the plan and ensured that it is feasible and achievable.
• Facilitate the project team daily stand ups. Which included monitoring tasks, tracking progress, resolving issues and ensuring that the team was communicating effectively and working together smoothly.
• Communicate with project sponsors and stakeholders by keeping the everyone informed of the project's progress. This includes providing regular status updates and meeting with stakeholders to discuss any issues, opportunities and risks.
• Monitor risks and issues to identify and resolve risks and issues that may impact the project. This includes developing mitigation plans and taking steps to prevent or minimize the impact of these risks.

• Implement change management and facilitated the change associated with the new system. This included communicating the changes to users, training users on the new system, and providing support during the transition period.
