Accomplishments

    I used my business skills to create a successful Precision Farming business that was financially successful along with running a 3000+ acre farm and 7000 acre custom planting business.


    I was employed by a large AgriBusiness Coop with 2000 employees for over a decade. My ability to interact successfully with employees, vendors, and senior management and my technical skills enabled my advancement. I started supervising IT services at one facility and advanced to Manager of IT services at all company production facilities with a 20 employee team working with me.


    Directed by management at the Agribusiness I built and implemented a production floor information system. This melded both operator and automated data showing real time facility operation. The system enabled timely, concise decisions by on the floor personnel, middle and upper management resulting in improved plant output efficiency.
