I troubleshoot and make adjustments to the robots to ensure parts are produced to specifications. I maintain the robots and clean fixtures as necessary to keep a steady and continuous flow of production of quality parts. My duties as a team lead also include reviewing daily production sheets and sending out end of shift reports daily. September of 2021 i was offered a weldtech/Maintenance position.
