· Running cell culture experiments, western blotting, PCR, transduction, immunofluorescence, and luminescence to understand the mechanisms underlying SEC61 inhibition in glioblastoma.
· Glioblastoma implantation in mice brain, survival analysis, tumor size analysis using IVIS Spectrum CT, brain sectioning, and immunostaining.
