· Responsible for designing and conducting experiments with human primary glioblastoma cells

· Conduction of experiments to understand the role of Endoplasmic Reticulum stress and Unfolded protein response as a therapeutic target in GBM tumors.

· Running cell culture experiments, western blotting, PCR, transduction, immunofluorescence, and luminescence to understand the mechanisms underlying SEC61 inhibition in glioblastoma.

· Glioblastoma implantation in mice brain, survival analysis, tumor size analysis using IVIS Spectrum CT, brain sectioning, and immunostaining.

· Intranasal and intraperitoneal drug injection.

· Helping with cloning and packaging viruses to transduction experiments in the laboratory.

· Maintaining accurate records of research findings using excel, Dropbox, lab archives, and Redcap.

· Providing statistical analysis of data results using GraphPad Prism and R.

· Leveraged interpersonal and communication skills to mentor an undergraduate student.
